280Z..1957 Corvette Convertible Hardtop Barn Found project car from California and currently located in Costa Mesa, California. Has replacement motor (350 ci) with 4 speed transmission. Currently Black & Primer but appears to have been Red when born. Relatively straight body with original GM nose that has ugly awful paint. Has a lot of original items like the April 1957 dated cast iron T-10 transmission, grill, grill oval, exhaust chrome, front bumpers, taillights, radiator, hood pop-ups, and gauges. Has a nice California frame and the California black license plates. This is a late production 1957 VIN #5816.
